I've been looking for a specific product (puppy teething biscuits from M&C) for a few weeks. I logged a call on the Marlton's website and within 20 minutes someone had called me and within 24 hours they had arranged a delivery to my closest petshop. Now that is what I call excellent customer relations and good service.
