HE DOES NOT KNOW HIS JOB

MY ACCOUNT WAS PAID OFF TWO YEARS (IN 2012) BUT I DID NOT CLOSE MY ACCOUNT.
SO HAPPEN NOW I WANT TO RE ACTIVATE MY ACCOUNT SO I GO TO GATEWAY SPORTS SCENE SPEAK TO DONOVAN.
HE HAD SAID TO ME TO BRING MY LATEST PAY SLIP BECAUSE THE SYSTEM IS SAYING I WAS A CONTACT WORKER.
I THEN COME IN THE NEXT DAY WITH MY LATEST PAY SLIP AND THEN HE TELLS ME I NEED A LETTER FROM MY COMPANY? THIS IS NOT FAR AT ALL AND HIS ATTITUDE HE DOES NOT KNOW WHAT HE IS DOING.I WANT YOURL TO TAKE ACTION IF NOT I WILL.
