I must compliment the staff at Game Grand Central in Cape Town. I sent through a query through their 'contact us' Rafeeq called me almost immediately to answer my query and then he still put me through to the correct department that I had another query with and that Department (The Fan department) was incredibly helpful and incredibly nice over the phone.
