The Kind of Staff To Have

Last Friday I went to Game Grand Central in Cape Town to see if I could buy a smoothie-maker. Since I am very inexperience, it felt daunting since I expected the process of choosing and deciding on the best product to be complicated. I went to the aisle not knowing whether I'd come out with a good and worthy product. Yolanda, a Game employee in that section was called to assist me.
In the end, 30-minutes later I left not only with a blender but with knowledge and information about how to use the machine; how to make the machine last longer than usual; how make a smoothie; what to do when there are problems. She gave me such detailed information that I was, by the time I left, at ease buying the expensive but quality smoothie-maker. She was nice, intuitive, professional, friendly, and most importantly; knew a lot about the product range in her section. I could enquire about any product and she could confidently give truthful answers. I've had my new machine nearly a week now. She said I could return it in 7-days if I'm not satisfied. But now I am keeping it!

Well done Yolanda! Thank you so much. Game should be very proud of you and fetch more staff where you came from.
