Bad Attitude from a telle

As I was about to pay at the teller I realized that I did not cash my points I then asked the Teller if she can wait for me to do that she told me to go to the machine by the door to cash my points, it didn't even take me 5 mnts I was back, I saw she was busy with another customer I greeted the guy & told him he must not pay for my items as well as she just set them aside, the customer was so kind to give me way to pay, I gave the teller the token she just took it put it aside by the machine, as she's scanning my items she throws them my Son's juice fell & broke a lid I then asked her why she is so angry? Her response was that means "She is so Ugly" I asked her not to throw my food like that she kepts on talking until I told her that I would report her to the manager she said go ahead & report, run, hurry up in Zulu "Ngisheshisele" I was so shocked at this service to add to this she did not even charge my points, I only realized when I got home that I was charged the full amount. This service By Bongiwe is not acceptable especially at a retailer of such, we buy food there that we eat not to shoved around & pick up on the floor. I reported this matter to the manager.
