Bringing Pick 'n Pay Hyper into disrepute

The teller "Mampoi", had a bad attitude after telling-up all my bought items and realising and admitting that she forgot to deduct my smart points. Then she even put an item of white pepper that I brought to the till in the next customers packets. When I said please can she correct this error she pulled her face and said that she cannot and ignored me and carried on with the next customer. I then ask her to please call the manager, she hesitantly and still with a bad attitude went to call a women by the name of "Millicent", whom said that she is Mampoi's supervisor. I said I wanted to speak to the manager, she said that the manager is a new black guy and is out somewhere, but she will call the other manager " Gary Spraggett". He appeared and I explained what had happened and that I was not pleased at all with the bad attitude and poor service and asked him to please call me with feedback as to what action will be taken against the teller that is bringing the company into DISREPUTE.Mr Spraggett said that he will not call me to give me feedback as it will be handled internally. I wrote down my cell number and gave it to him. He said in a very arrogant manner that he will not call
