The new Pick and Pay in Little Falls (The Falls) is fantastic!
The staff members are always friendly and helpful, their food is fresh, they have an excellent range on pretty much everything you need.
I always leave the store with a smile. Most days I think of things I need to buy which usually aren't necessities but I enjoy the experience there so much.
I once had an incident where the price on the shelf was different to the price they charged me at the till, I brought it to their attention and they gave me double the difference back instantly.
I also partook in a survey last week and today I received and SMS saying I won a R500 voucher for doing the survey!
Thank you for making a tedious thing like buying bread and milk etc an enjoyable experience.
