Exchange of a book

I went to CNA at Rynfield Terrace Shopping Centre, to exchange a book, that I was given 2 of as a gift. They requested proof of purchase which i could not provide but the CNA price tag was clearly visible on the back cover of the book. The book was taken from me at the counter, and I was told to choose another book, I then asked what the oops value would be, and I was advised R10.00. I would like CNA to show me any book on their shelves to the value of R10.00 by the author Danielle Steel a will buy them all. The way the whole situation was handled was unprofessional and I would appreciate a response.
