The problem covers a period of 2yrs and is still a pain in the neck. to get this company to change your postal instructions is impossible!!! i have been trying to sort out this problem and i just cannot make it work. is there somebody out there that can give me the email address of the managing director that i can send a full report - he needs to take note of the incompetence of this company!!!
