I have made a payment into my Clicks credit account like I always do. This were done on the 11 December 2013 up to date no one can tell me what happened to my payment. It does not show on my account. FNB refers me to Clicks credit card. I have sent all my proof of payment. When I phone clicks credit card I am told that my account is with the admin section and they only work via email. I have sent them many emails as well. It will take 8 working days but we are far past that already.
