We bought a lounge suite from Rochester Parkview and it was delivered on Monday 30 September. To our surprise one of the four pieces was a different colour!
We reported this the next day and I was told that they would attend to the matter as soon as possible. On 2 October I was told that the correct colour would be delivered to me on 3 or 4 October.
I am still waiting!!
