I purchased a product from Beares Bedworth Park middle last year. ( Lounge Suite)
I experienced a problem with the 3 seater leather couch where the leather came off and showed a white mark as big a 5cent coin, this 3 seater was replaced. A week or so after this the same thing happened and they delivered a new couch that was not even in a box as the original one and this happened again.
They then brought another one, one again not in a box as per the first delivery, 2 days after it was delivered i saw the one side caves in when you sit and it is not level with the other seats, meaning the springs does not return to the correct position. the second problem is that the middle top part is skew and loose and not in line with the other head dresses. And nr 3 the one plastic foot is not present and the is now damaging my wooden floors.
I explained this to the manager and he promised it will be sorted, since no feedback, even thou i get calls from them to ask why i refused to pay my end December installments, i told them it was due to this and i want this resolved before i do apy again, they promised 3 times last week for the manager to call me and sort out.
