BLACKBERY SERVICE UTTERLY DISGUSTING

I handed in my blackberry 9300 on the 08 December 2012, which at that point the phone was a mere 10 months old.i have been calling the store every week and was advised my various consultants including Zane the cellphone consultant that the phone was going to be replaced at it was sent from Cell C to Blackberry, today I was advised that Cell C will be contacting me to ask me whether they could go ahead and fix my phone at a cost of R510.00??? AT this point I am appalled as the phone is still under warranty and they have my phone for so long only to discover this. It makes me sick that I have been getting the run around with all these different excuses, now i have to pay for repairs. Very disappointing.i know i shouldnt be buying any phones at Markhams as the service is pathetic.
