After standing in a queue for eternity, finally I was called just to be told that money market has inadequate money, "Matwetwe" went away for a long time to come back without any assistance but that I need to go to the cashier who has the money and when I thought the service couldn't get any worse, I was actually lying to myself! Sn'e refused to service me and made me wait for her to serve the people in her queue before attending to me as if I hadn't wait enough already! When I asked to speak with a manager, surprisingly she was one. Spoke Thando, manager, who asked Sn'e to assist me after I told her what was going on and Sn'e then said the " number"was incorrect, sent me back to Matwetwe (who didn't have the money) She punched in and the number went through to her system"Sne has her own way of working" commented Matwetwe ans the other staff. Went back with Thando and Matwetwe to Sn'e and she was the one omitting "M", seriosly! And this person is a manager of such a big organization. This really got me baffled if it was her Bad attitude, her incredible stupidity, her lack of shrewdness or her famous incompetence that got her the post in the first place.
