Bad service and poor qualithy

We bought my wedding ring from American swiss in Sept, got married in Dec, not even a month into wearing the ring it looked like it want to split at the bottom and looks like it has been worn for years. Took it back to ask what is up, lady said it look like it was re sized and would like to book it in to see, i didn't have the slip with me so told her i would be back, went back today, besides the poor service i had to endure was told that it is me that is banging my ring and that is why it looks so bad. i was like, what, not even a month later, and with me on holiday, don't do dish, didn't work, and i'm an office worker, not a heavy lifter, how is that possible, my partner who bought a similar ring from Galaxy, and worn it since we got engaged 5 month ago don't have a scratch, so please tell me how this is my fault, and then get told that if it needs fixing it will be for my account, OH my hat, really, not even a month later, i am supposed to wear this ring as my wedding ring for years to come, but the quality seems to be so low that it didn't even last a month, i'm shocked and very upset that this is how your company would like to deal with this.
