Called in on a Sunday to have a look at beds. Hugh was very attentive, took into account weight size of sleepers, and suggested alternatives. I particularly wanted an upholstered base and they were not sure what colours were in stock at the warehouse which was closed that day and over the holiday period. Early next day Stuart called me to tell me what colours were there (because the warehouse briefly opened), took a photo of one and emailed it to me. I selected that. I was not in a hurry as I knew the warehouse may not open for a further week, However, the next day Stuart called to say they could deliver later that day at about 11am. Close to 11, he called to say the truck had just returned from other deliveries that took longer than they thought so they would be with me between 11.20 - 11, 30. I was amazed that they took the time and trouble to tell me that they would be 30 mins late.
I think during this whole experience Mathie's phoned me 7 - 8 times keeping me informed of progress of my order, and making sure I was a contented customer.
Such service is most unusual in this day. FULL MARKS for the A service from Hugh and his team. Well done and thank you. Duncan
