Burberry
No Refunds, though Burberry Policy says otherwise!

I received a gift bought at Burberry in Hyde Park for Christmas that I wanted to return. It was still in the original packaging, and I went to return it within the 30 days as required by the Returns Policy on the Burberry website. To my surprise, Burberry in Hyde Park would not hear of it, and refused to refund me. They offered only an exchange. I have contacted Burberry in the UK to take this matter further. All stores in a chain should follow the same policy, otherwise there really is no point in being part of the same chain. Very frustrated!
