The manager of Vereeniging branch, Mr Sithole contacted me a few days after my complaint and expressed his sincerest apologies for the harassment and indignation that I had to endure. In the spirit of Xmas I explained that I would regard the matter as closed and would not contemplate any further action. Mr Sithole offered to deliver a voucher to my home to, I quote "formalise the apology". Well that never happened... They can't even get the apology right. Well the complaint was never about gifts or vouchers; I guess this is just another example of the stores regard for their customers
