I was at the Pick N Pay at Cape Gate yesterday and purchased a Pack of County Fair chicken breast nuggets. The price said R26.90 on the shelf and when i checked my receipt on the way out i was charged R34.99. I went to the customer service desk and told them that i was over charged. The lady went to check the pricing and stated that the barcodes are different but indeed i was overcharged. She then called the manager and rather nonchalantly the manager told her to give me back the difference so i was charged R26.90. When i got home i googled Pick N Pay's policy regarding incorrect pricing and it state that i was suppose to get the item for free.
