Keep on phoning me for money allthough i have no a

I have never had an account with geen and richards in my entire life!!! they keep on phoning me for payment and im really getting annoyed as they are phoning me whilst at work. i have sent them a avidavid stating that it must be but they still keep on phoning me. I have asked them to send a copy of my supposed id and signature but nothing just phone calls!!!
