I called the company twice over the last two days wanting their products - which is what I told the person on the line - their local Killarney Gardens number (021-5936674) - without any result. I was told on both occasions that Sean, their sales person, would contact me. Two working days later and Sean has not yet called! I assume Sean is sitting in a bar somewhere whingeing about the economy and lack of sales... But the solution is simple - I take my business elsewhere. If a company cannot respond to a simple request for sales contact then it is unlikely they are able to deliver on anything. At 16:15 today I could only get a recorded message on their local office number. All down at the pub whingeing then...?
