I am so upset that Sterns is taking people for a ride. I should have checked this site before doing business with them. I got a call from 0122508500 on Tuesday and got an apology and was promised a follow up call minutes later with details of what will happen with this faulty ring. I am still waiting up to today. Tried calling the number back no luck. I would really appreciate it if The Foschini Group could take back their faulty merchandise and give me my money back. I cannot begin to express how embarassed I always feel, as a newlywed with a ring that is missing a diamond, hardly 3months after the wedding. I will not give up until I get my money!!!
