I recently purchased a deal from Furniture City that was in their December Catalogue, the deal clearly states "Buy Now and only Pay in February" only to be debited now in January and to be told by the manager at the Parow branch that when they said February they really meant 1st February. When I explained to her that her consultant said to me that my first debit order will be the end of February she quickly changed it to the deal is for all other furniture that is not on promotion. I cannot beleive the service I've had from Furn City since Dec. First I had to wait over 2 weeks for a part of my order, then I received damaged goods and had to wait a further month for the replacements and now this with being billed a month earlier and losing out on a months additional charge. Take my advise and DO NOT BUY FROM FURN CITY
