My mom and I have always been very loyal Froggie consumers and as such I have been purchasing and wearing Froggie shoes since my high school days. I proceeded to buy three pairs of Froggie shoes at an outlet in Fourways mall in December. Two of the pairs are beautifully comfortable shoes and I wear them with pride.
However, it is with great sadness that the one pair is giving me terrible problems. I have worn the shoe on a few occasions. When it first hurt me I thought it was merely due to it being a new shoe but this was clearly not the case. The shoe is chipping away at my little toes on both feet (I have taken pictures of both this and the shoes). I didn't even walk much on the given day, but by 5pm I was in agony as my skin was stripped from my toes. Thus you can see that this shoe has no purpose as I can no longer wear it.
I would not expect this sort of quality from Froggie as I know you pride yourself on quality & the shoes weren't cheap either (luxury item).
When I further proceeded to contact the address given on the froggie site I was told by the server that it is invalid. Very dissapointing.
