ON THE 06TH OF NOV 2013 MY HUSBAND AND I WENT TO EDGARS PROMINADE TO OPEN AN ACCOUNT, UPON OPENING THE ACCNT THERE WERE SEVERAL INSURANCE POLICIES THAT WERE ACTIVATED WHICH MY HUSBAND DID NOT ASK FOR HOWEVER THE AGENT TOLD HIM THAT IT'S COMPULSORY THAT HE ACTIVATED THESE POICIES BUT IF MY HUSBAND DOES NOT WANT THEM HE CAN CANCELL THEM IMMEDIATELY AFTER RECEIVING HIS 1ST STATEMENT AND SHOULD BE BEFORE THE 01ST OF DEC.WE THEN MADE A PURCHASE OF R359.80 THE VERY SAME DAY, ON THE 29TH OF NOV WE MADE A PAYMENT OF R170 AND SOME FEW RANDS (DON'T REMEMBER THE EXACT AMNT) AND AT THE SAME TME ASKED FOR THOSE INSURANCE POLICIES TO BE CANCELLED AND AGAIN ON THE 31ST OF DEC WE MADE ANOTHER PAYMENT OF R50.00 AT ZEVENWACHT MALL BUT WHEN WE CHECKED THE RECEIPT IT SHOWED A BALANCE OF R290.77 WE THEN IMMEDIATELY INQUIRE ABOUT THIS IN STORE AND THE LADY WHO ASSISTED US TOLD US THAT THE AGENT WHO OPENED THE ACCOUNT FOR US GAVE US WAS SUPPOSED TO CANCELL THESE POLICIES UPON OPENING THE ACCOUNT SO WE WERE ALREADY BILLED FOR THE POLICIES BY THE TIME WE CANCELLED THEM.WE WILL NOT PAY THIS AMOUNT EDGARS NEEDS TO SORT THIS OUT WE WILL ONLY PAY FOR THE AMOUNT WE PURCHASED FOR AND CLOSE THIS ACCOUNT
