Cavindish staff are too busy chatting to assist

Good Day,

On 23rd January, I went to Clicks store in Cavindish. It before 12 and the store was very quiet. I was looking around for some cosmetics and while I was there for about 20 minutes there were 5 ladies in the department but no one offered to help, instead they were having lovely conversations about their personal lives. After a while I then went to Edgars and came back to Clicks to double check the make up that I was looking for. I looked around for another 30 minutes and still no assistance. Eventually when I went to the sale items (where the ladies were having their conversation) and then the senior lady stopped chatting just to tell me that Im not allowed to test sale items. Only then did she ask whether she could assist. I then when to the manager to complain about the behaviour of their staff and she apologised but I told here that I would write a letter to Clicks head office. I then sent an email to Clicks head office and up to this date, have not received a single email, call or reference number to acknowledge my email sent. What can one do about such behaviour, its happening more often now, especially in Clicks stores.
