I went to do my shopping on the 30th of Dec 2013 during the sale the store was packed and I waited in the queue until I got served by Nomonde who made me aware that the took I took it was a go together the vest underneath was a different size from the one on top if it wasn't for her I would have took the wrong item which was going to make me to go back to the store for an exchange which was going to be difficult for me as it was the time of preparing for the New year I told her that I am going to collect the vest she then went to look for it she came back with it and when she got there she couldn't find the right size she got assisted by her colleague who works in that department and on top of that I decided to add an item when she was done with the transaction she did it for me and explained that the system is down so the amount have not yet being updated I must not be surprised. I give her a THUMBS UP for such service we need people like her if an opportunity for growth arises please consider her for a Client liaison position she's good Thank u I was late for my lunch but with that service I didn't mind.
