POOR SERVICE BAD BAD SERVICE

I visited the house and home branch in roodepoort on the 21ST december to buy a washing machine on credit i submitted my application and all the relevant documents and was assured that i should have the machine before christmas as their turn around time for processing applications is 3 days. The washing machine was only delivered to me on the 30th 10 DAYS LATER.worst of all is that i needed to constantly call and follow up often holding the line for the sale consultant Tshidi, only to find out on the 28th when i signed the contract that she had gone on leave a few days earlier.upon my arrival at the store to sign the sale agreement i was made to wait over 45 min before i could sign the paperwork with the consultatant Mandla not showing any remorse or even apologizing for the service they give. MANAGER DESIGAN IS EVEN WORSE NO REMORSE I SPOKE TO HIM A FEW TIMES AND NOT ONCE DID HE APOLOGISE FOR THE DELAY OR POOR SERVICE FROM HIS STAFF.HOUSE AND HOME also ran a promotion where i could get vouchers with the purchase when i signed the agreement no provision was made for the vouchers. DESIGAN CALLED ME ON THE 30TH & ADVISED THE VOUCHERS WILL BE ADDED TODAY THE 7TH NO VOUCHERS YET-SAD
