I received a call from homemarks call centre from a guy who said i had won something as valued client and confirmed that it would be no cost to me, I told him I was not interested if it had anything to do with sales he again confirmed that it was free to my suprise after we finished with the call an amount of R2999.99 was taken from my account without my consent, Ive tried endlessly to get some answers as I need my money this is!!! and I keep being pushed from pillar to post no one is willing to assist, I have been asked to speak to Nozipho and no one picks the phone or they drop my calls and there is always no manager available to assist ..all I need is my money this is soo not the way to do business
