Over the weekend we tried to make a purchase on the Yuppiechef website using a voucher we received, however the voucher seemed to have been used. Upon calling the helpline they immediately helped us with great efficiency and promised to resend the voucher via e-mail. A few seconds later the voucher arrived and we could make our purchase.
Fantastic service and efficiency, will certainly use them again.
