A few weeks ago I went to the shop to buy the 21st key for my daughters party that's coming up in a few weeks time. The cashier didn't bother to wrap the key in some newspaper or something to protect it and only put it in a plastic bag with the rest of the stuff that I bought and I was suprised seeing that its made of glass. I had to drive 45km to Robertson to get home and by the time I got home it was broken. I called the store manager who told me that I was lying because the cashier was telling her she had put the thing in some protective wrapping which means me, my daughter and husband we went to buy the stuff were made out to be liars. I called the head office to log a complaint but haven't received any feed back. When I visited the store again to see if I can get this matter resolved I received very bad service in fact the cashier and manager had a very bad attitude and told e theyr not going to do anything I can ma go ahead and complain coz in the one lying and theyr sticking to their story. If this isn't bad service then I don't know what to call them what happend to being helpfull and friendly towards a customer.
