MISLEAD CUSTOMERS WITH STALE BUNS

Ordered a special burger with chips for R15.00, collected my order & then processed to the office took me about 7min. when i took my first bite of burger noticed it was dry and hard but thought it could just be the first bite, took my second bite same thing felt the buns it felt like it was heated in the microwave and when it got cold its gone dry & hard. Look on the website for the cont no spoke to the cashier & she referred me to the manager well he took my details down promising that he will send some one to fetch it from me and replace me with another and also told me that they receive buns every day. I called them again telling them if the person as left they told me they about to leave i told the cashier not to worry about the burger and refund me. The cashier told me no problem. Waited almost half hour for the person to come over. I called again and then the cashier says me that i must come to the store no one is coming the manager said whenever i call they must say to me that i must bring the burger & come. Well i was very cross cos they waited for me to call again when i took it and went the cashier was rude n gve me attitude. Gve me R7.50 ONLY N TOLD ME 2 CALL THE CARE LI
