Hi
All i have to say is that most of your cashiers have a very bad attidute and should be sent for customer training. they don't even respond when you greet them and they have a funny way of looking at people.
I've been a checkers shopper for a while and this is not on at all! i've even opted to shop at Spar and Woolies these days because of this.
I'm sure your training and development department can learn a lot from Woolies.
Bad service drops the share price! :-(
