My entertainment spend is carefully worked out every month as a hard working citizen who is paying off cars and bills I need to plan and budget my spend. As part of my monthly entertainment I love to go to the movies and enjoy the ambiance and setting of the movie houses. I visited the Gateway cinemas on the 1st Jan 2014 to watch a movie. With my movie ticket I purchased a combo snack that included a box of Astros from Cadburys. The box of Astros was stale. This is very disappointing. As you can imagine my big night out, my planned entertainment and escapism from my daily working routine ruined by a stale box of Astros. Movies is an expensive night out for me so imagine how unsatisfied I was and how aggrieved I felt.

In fact I felt so strongly about this that I have taken the time to let you know of the issue that you can resolve and correct that others may not suffer the disappointment I have experienced.

I would lastly like to clarify. The box of Astros had an expiry date of 11 June 2014 so the issue sits squarely with Cadburys and not Ster Kinekor however I will pass on to both entities.

I look forward to your reply and an undertaking to resolve this issue in what ever way.
