To whom it may concern
I am holidaying in Durban, I am from Cape Town. As a student I am on a tight budget so every cent is watched and spent carefully. On the 1st of Jan I was looking for a bit of peace and a chance to hide out after the celebrations of the new year. I chose to hide out at the movies at Gateway.
All went to plan until I started eating my Astros that I got as part of a combo, they ended up being stale. At first I imagined that the movie house was taking short cuts and selling off old stock but the expire date on the box was for 2014 June so it was not their fault but the fault of the sweet makers.
Please let me know how I can take this forward as I was disappointed with the incident and felt ripped off.
