Customer no longer right but the problem

I bought some perishable groceries this morning at Game Fleurdal. I paid for it at the till but the till did not want to open for the slip. Floor manager came and said that I have to pay again because the system showed I have not paid. I obviously denied that. They were letting me stand their, talking in their language so that I do not understand what is going on. I also had perishables in my car and in the heat outside I were becoming extremely worried. No parcel at Game but according to me already paid for. Drove home and confirmed that transaction did go through my account. Drove back to store and showed them that I did pay but now they said that I must Wait 24 hours to see if my money will be back in my account. Again talking in language I do not understand. Now I have no parcel, extra petrol wasted and time spent for nothing. From the beginning I just went to purchase some items and now I have the problem!!!
