I bought a t-shirt few days before christmas 2013, On christmas I had it on for the 1st time and accidentally spilled JUICE on it. The colour started to change and when I tried wiping it off it fell a hole in it. Identity refuse to refund me, according to them its not a manufacturer problem because its the first time someone returns that T-shirt. This is not the first time I recieve this kind of service and I thought to myself I have had enough and taking it back this time but it still didnt help anything at all. I guess things will always be this way so I should probably change my store
