I transferred money on the 24th of December 2013. Myself and 6 other people had the same problem with the Shoprite system. They told us that our passwords were wrong and promised that we shall get smses with the correct pins. Up until now I haven't received it. When I call the Branch were I transferred the money they tell me that people who work with this are not at work. It's unacceptable that everyone who Is dealing with sending pins to customers can go on leave. I have been very patient with the staff but now I am very cross with them because they've got empty promises.
