I frequent the checkers and liquor shop at least once a week. I must say that every time I go I buy ice. Three out of four times they do not have ice.
New years eve we had a huge party and needed some drinks and ice. Leaving R600 of products to go to your competitor just because you do not have ice should be a concern for you.
