It has been 27 days and still counting that I have been waiting for my laptop to be repaired. It is under guarantee.
I sent it in on the 4th of January 2013 and was told I will be sent to repairs on the 7th of January 2013. Their policy clearly states "Should it take more than 21 days the item will be replaced or refunded" and all I get is a bunch of excuses and empty promises?! I am very angry and dissapointed because I feel as if I am being undermined. I have been miserable and I want nothing but a new laptop. My life of work depends on it and yet all I get are phone calls from the customer service employee giving me empty promises.
