I purchased TWO wall racers for my sons on 31/12/2013 after seeing the tv advert which guarantees hours of fun.it is also meant to work on any smooth surface, including roof.
well after full charging the car from new batteries - th cars only last for a maximum of 15 minutes before having to recharge for a further 40 minutes! this is totally unacceptable and completely false advertising. what is the point of buying a toy that you can only play with for 15 minutes at a time. it also does not race on the wall, floor or roof -only the mirror.
i have been told there is no refund on any toys due to the nature of the product!!! the toy is in 100% the same condition that it was bought a day ago as it is a waste of time to play with!
according to the consumr protection act - right number 4 - "Suppliers are not permitted to mislead consumers in respect of pricing, the nature, properties, advantages or uses of goods or services advertised, if such goods or services are not actually available for purchase or procurement in accordance with these standards."
i was misled into believing that my kids would have hours of fun as it is stated on the box and the tv advert!!
i would like my money back.
