I bought a pair of sunglasses on Friday 20 December 2013 and returned it the same day for a refund. I was told that the credit should take 2 - 3 days but because of the public holidays coming up it might take longer.By the 27th (1 week later) i still did not receive the credit. When i went to the store i was told their head office did not receive the fax and it will be refaxed. I went there again the Monday 30th but the same story about faxes being lost. It is now almost 2 weeks and still no credit was received. It is not the customers duty to run after them and get the same fax story every time. The store also has not contacted me to let me know of the progress.
