I was very digusted in the service at Mr Price Greenacres, on Monday, 09 DEC 2013 around 5.30pm.
The shop was farely quiet, that is the only reason i walked in as i have been there 3 or 4 times during the course of last week where it was drimendously busy.
Walking around the shop looking for clothing, i had 2 shop assistants bump me while walking the isle's (i didnt think anything of it).
I then came across a pair of shoes i liked, could not find my size so i asked the lady who was in charge of the shoe department whether they might have my size at the back, her response was "no, we packed them out today and they have all sold out".
I would not stand for that as it has happened in the past, i then went to find the lady in the maternity section to check whether there was stock at the back, very helpful she went to check on the system and found they had 3 of my size at the back.
However the lady behind the counter instructed that they will not pack this out and i will have to come back next week when its on the shelves.
I was very upset and left, i will never again go back into MR PRICE GREENACRES, definately think there staff need SERIOUS CUSTOMER SKILLS training!
