I wonder why Geen & Richards give contracts, when they cannot even stick to it. After I called the useless Tzaneen branch in November last year to confirm my last payment date and amount, they still went on and deducted the wrong amount from my account.
It just comes to show you, that there are way to many people working in positions that they should not be in.
I want this matter resolved!! And I want the correct amount taken. And also a confirmation that they won't deduct another installment next month. Do your jobs properly. I wount buy from them again, that's a fact.
