My experience with Superbalist has been shocking. Firstly my delivery was delayed so it didn't arrive on the day that I had stayed home to receive it. I then had the address changed so that it could be delivered to my Mum's place while I was at work. It never showed up but was displayed as delivered.
When I called to inquire about this they couldn't access my account due to system issues.
The next time I called they said they would follow up with the courier and call back. They didn't!
The next time I was told the same. Nobody called me.
I just called now and was promised a phone call within a few minutes. 15 minutes later I'm still waiting...
I have never received such awful service. It really feels like they don't care about my custom at all. Certain problems cannot be helped but then I expect communication or at least an apology. Instead I have received numerous empty promises. I will never be ordering from Superbalist again and I cannot recommend them to anybody I care about.
