Kalahari ran a specific PS4 bundle special on 17/12/2013. Order placed and funds collected. Order confirmation received with projected delivery date of 19/12/2013. Order No. 1001177792. I followed up and eventually received an email on the 20/12/2013 of a prospective delay up to the 24/12/2013. I grudgingly accepted this as we've already committed the funds to the purchase with Kalahari. Midnight 20/12/2013 they send out another email cancelling my order unilaterally.
It is now a week later and the promised refund still has not appeared. Unable to purchase a replacement as this absolutely horrible retailer - passing itself off as an online service provider has yet again failed to deliver on a commitment.
Out of 4 orders in total that I have placed with this miserably pathetic failure of an organisation they've cancelled 3 and only just about managed to fulfill one order.
They are the kings of bait and switch - they oversell their supply of products and then cancel orders - offering a measly R100 voucher as a means to appease the customers.
They've effectively ruined christmas for my nephew as by the time the refund arrives all local stock will be depleted. [URL Removed] =
