On the 26/12/2013 I went to Shoprite (Kathlehong/Hlahatsi) to buy grocery using my vouchers I got from House and Home, Upon my arrival I confirmed the vouchers and was told that they were valid by the controlling lady and I can proceed, I went ahead and took the things I needed then headed straight to the till.
Lady at the till advised that she wanted to confirm them 1st which I advised that they were confirmed but she can go ahead, she called a lady by the name of Tholakele to do the confirmation, when she returned sh e advised that they were not accepting them which I queried this hence prior confirmation... The response I got from the so called Tholakele was that if I had stress issues I mustn't take it up on them and SHE CALLED ME A INFRONT OF HER COLEAGUES AND OTHER SHOCKED CUSTOMERS.
After that there was a very heated arguement between me and her and a controlling lady came to advise them that the vouchers were valid, I took this up with their manager and I asked him tohave a look at the footage she proceeded with being rude, I will be suing Shoprite via my lawyers for this as I feel and I will not let this happen to any other customer, I will even go to media.
