On the 21/1/2014 lady from lewis stores contacted me Mrs. A. Botes, requesting if I am married to Mr. W.H. Botes as he has an account with them which is my husband. After being harrased in my work place more than once requesting that they contact my husban Mr. W.H. Botes regarding the matter they still seem to be contacting me the more I requested that the manager contact my husband directly as the account is not listed in my name and has nothing to do with me she insists that I will convey the message after rudely telling me to stop acting stupid and too speak afrikaans as I was speaking english just because I have a afrikaans surname gives her no right to assume I am afrikaans speaking of which I might add previous occasions of which I was contacted by her I did exactly as today speak in english, 2: I do not appreciate the fact that she is firstly being obnoxiously rude and then discussing personal information regarding a clients account and informing me of the current outstanding balance owing towards the account what guarentee did she have that i was infact his wife? any person can come up with anything to best suit themself. surely there is some privacy and security policy??
