Ude and bad service

I went to the store to upgrade my contract. Only to receive a msg at the end of the month from the bank saying R7000.00 has been taken from my account. Instead of upgrading me they renewed my contract and sold me the phone... if this is your job how do you mess this up? I then phoned in order to find out what had happened I was then shouted at by the "store manager" and then she just hung up the phone. If your whole business is about dealing with people then this person fails miserably. Im very dissappointed. It was a mess from the start and I had to visit the store six times before it was processed. So sorry I didnt leave them.
