POOR SERVICE

I placed a order online from [URL Removed] on the 9th of December the items were marked 12 hours delivery in main areas.
Received confirmation that delivery was scheduled for the 13th of december.
On the 19th after still not receiving the parcel i phoned customer care which replied via email couriers will contact me shortly to confirm delivery.

Its now the 23 and still no delivery or contact from the couriers or Kalahari??
